This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website https://www.aguilas.es/ (hereinafter, the “Portal”), which the Águilas Town Hall makes available to citizens to facilitate access to municipal information and services.

Linking to the Portal from other websites is authorized, provided that:

• The services contained in the Portal are not reproduced in whole or in part
• Deep-links are not established nor framing techniques are used

• No false, inaccurate or incorrect use of the Portal is made

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. Of the Town Hall

The Águilas Town Hall does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Portal’s operation. Any liability is excluded for damages of any kind that may be due to:

• The lack of availability or continuity of the Portal
• The lack of usefulness of the Portal for the user’s expectations
• Errors in the contents or services accessible through the Portal

• The transmission of viruses or harmful elements through the Portal

5.2. Of the user

The user will be responsible for:

• The veracity of the data provided through the Portal
• The use made of the information and services available

6. Electronic Office
   In accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Águilas Town Hall is responsible for the integrity, veracity and updating of the information and services that can be accessed through its Electronic Office (https://aguilas.sedelectronica.es/info.0.).
7. Transparency Portal
   Through the information published on the transparency portal https://transparencia.ayuntamientodeaguilas.org/, the Águilas Town Hall periodically and updatedly attends to the principle of active advertising established by Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, with the appropriate mechanisms to facilitate accessibility, interoperability, quality and reuse of information, as well as its identification and location.
8. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

8. MODIFICATIONS

The Águilas Town Hall reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. The modifications will be published on the Portal and will come into force at the time of their publication.
