Nativity Scene Contest
The Councilor for Culture, José Antonio Consentino, and the president of the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users of Águilas “Virgen de los Dolores”, Katy García, presented this morning the XXVII Nativity Scene Contest that this entity organizes every year, with the collaboration of the Águilas City Council. Both have highlighted the importance of keeping such an endearing custom alive and have encouraged participation in the contest, which “adds more young nativity scene makers every year, guaranteeing the future of this tradition,” Katy García highlighted.
The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m. at the House of Culture, and prizes will be awarded in the categories of Educational Centers, Exhibition and Family.
